Delivery & Shipping Policy

At MeadowPilot, we provide remote-controlled mower and land maintenance equipment for farms, orchards, acreage properties, commercial users, and challenging terrain applications.

Because our machines are large mechanical equipment, delivery and shipping arrangements are not handled in the same way as small online retail products. Shipping terms, delivery methods, costs, and timelines may vary depending on the machine model, customer location, order quantity, logistics conditions, and final delivery requirements.

Shipping Is Confirmed Before Order Finalization

Before an order is confirmed, we will review the customer’s delivery location, machine model, shipping method, and any special delivery requirements. Final shipping costs and delivery terms will be confirmed with the customer before the order is finalized.

In some cases, delivery may be arranged through freight carriers, local logistics partners, warehouse pickup, or other suitable shipping methods depending on the destination and equipment size.

Delivery Areas

MeadowPilot may assist customers with delivery arrangements within Canada and other available markets, depending on logistics feasibility. Delivery availability may vary by region, machine type, and freight conditions.

For customers in British Columbia and nearby areas, local support or delivery coordination may be available depending on location and scheduling.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not fixed and may vary depending on:

  • Machine model and equipment size

  • Delivery address and region

  • Freight carrier availability

  • Packaging and handling requirements

  • Residential, commercial, farm, or warehouse delivery conditions

  • Import, customs, duty, tax, or border-related requirements where applicable

Any estimated shipping cost provided before final confirmation should be considered an estimate only unless clearly confirmed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the delivery address, contact person, phone number, unloading conditions, and any site access restrictions.

For large equipment deliveries, customers may need to ensure that suitable unloading equipment, site access, or receiving arrangements are available at the delivery location.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on product availability, shipping route, carrier schedule, customs processing where applicable, and final destination.

MeadowPilot will provide available delivery information before order confirmation, but delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our direct control, including weather, freight delays, customs processing, port congestion, carrier availability, or other logistics issues.

Damage During Shipping

Customers should inspect the equipment and packaging upon delivery. If visible shipping damage is found, please document the issue with photos and notify us as soon as possible.

Shipping damage claims may require photos, delivery documents, carrier records, and inspection information.

Contact Us Before Ordering

Because each equipment order may involve different delivery conditions, we encourage customers to contact us before making a purchase decision.

For delivery and shipping questions, please contact MeadowPilot through our website contact form or by using the contact information provided on our website.
