Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, in accordance with standard practice in British Columbia. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (“No-Show”), future bookings may be limited or require a deposit. Repeated No-Show incidents may result in further restrictions, as permitted under BC business policies. Contact Information Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date so that we can send you reminders or notify you of any changes. Clinic-Initiated Changes If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as early as possible. In such cases, no fees will apply.
