Limited Warranty & Extended Protection

We provide a standard two-year limited warranty on all complete machines, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. This warranty applies to major structural components and manufacturer-supplied parts, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our official warranty policy.

During the warranty period, qualifying repairs and technical support are provided at no additional charge. Service may be performed through replacement parts shipment, remote technical guidance, authorized service centers, or other mutually agreed arrangements.

Routine maintenance, normal wear items, consumables, and damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, or external causes are not covered under the limited warranty.

For customers seeking extended protection, we offer optional Extended Warranty Plans of up to five years. These plans can be customized based on operating hours, usage conditions, and service requirements. Pricing varies depending on coverage scope and duration.
