This Privacy Policy explains how Meadowpilot (“Meadowpilot”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through our websites, landing pages, online forms, advertising lead forms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Important clarification about our relationship:
Canada IBS is Meadowpilot’s authorized Canadian after-sales and service support center, and may act as a future authorized dealer/distributor in Canada. Canada IBS supports Meadowpilot with local market communications, customer follow-up, service scheduling, and after-sales coordination. This clarification is provided to avoid misunderstanding of business roles.

Meadowpilot websites and pages (including product pages and contact forms)
Google Ads lead forms and similar advertising lead forms
Email, phone, WhatsApp, and other communications initiated through our Services
Demo requests, support inquiries, and after-sales coordination
